| To access the CORE site, enter the userid and password issued by your Training Coordinator. Your userid is usually your first initial, middle initial (if used during registration) and last name; all lowercase with no spaces between. You password is usually the last 5 digits of your Social Security Number. As each facility's Training Coordinator submits this information, it may vary.
